Lattice girder production with an EVG TSD doublepas welding line

Truss girders as a reinforcement component of concrete floors and walls were introduced in the sixties. Within a few decades

Lattice girder machine EVG TSD

Truss girder welding line EVG TSD

it is well known as a global product.

Manufacturing of truss girders needs a number of different procedures to be performed. Most important are bending and welding. In practice all these procedures are done in a split of a second on a dedicated machine, like a FILZMOSER or EVG truss girder line.

Standard pitch of truss girder is 200mms. This means a girder is produced in steps of 200 mms. For a machine this means: push 200 mms, than weld, push 200 mms, than weld and so forth.

Standard truss girder machines can reach an output speed of 20 meters per minute. With an EVG doublepas machine you can double this performance, because bending is faster and the push movement is 400 mms instead of 200 mms. Welding will be performed in a double manner, two spots a time.

GMS mechatronics GmbH offers used truss girder machines from different Manufacturers. Besides trading of used lattice girder machines GMS provides installation, set-up and maintenance services. In another division GMS offers design and engineering services for steel reinforcing producers and precast concrete elements manufacturers.
